Have these Oven Roasted Potato wedges on the table ready to eat in 30 mins or less. They are generously seasoned with Paprika, salt and pepper and a scattering of Rosemary.
I make these baked potatoes wedges whenever we have pizza, sometimes I simply toss them in Oil and Seasoning. Other times I'll add a few other different flavours and herbs. The choice is yours, flavour them how you wish. If you are calorie counting, cut down on the oil. There is also no need to peel them. Just make sure you remove any eyes and rough parts of the potato skins.
Preheat the oven to 200 deg. Slice the potatoes lengthways into thick wedges. Toss them in Olive oil in a large bowl. Add the Paprika and give everything a good mix.
Spread the wedges out onto a baking tray and scatter with Sprigs of Rosemary. Season to taste with pepper and crushed sea salt.
Bake in the oven for 20 - 30 mins or until baked with a nice golden crisp skin and soft fluffy potato. Leave a little longer if you prefer your wedges a little more baked.
And there you have it, delicious and easy to make Oven Roasted Potato Wedges. Serve on their own as a snack or with homemade/take out pizza. You could also make these Herb Roasted Potatoes or these Crispy Hasselback Potatoes with Rosemary and Sea Salt if you are having a large gathering serving lots of pizzas
