Oven Roasted Potato wedges

Have these Oven Roasted Potato wedges on the table ready to eat in 30 mins or less. They are generously seasoned with Paprika, salt and pepper and a scattering of Rosemary.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium sized potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 2 sprigs of Rosemary roughly chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 deg
  • Slice the potatoes lengthways into wedges. Toss them in Olive oil in a large bowl. Add the Paprika and give everything a good mix.
  • Spread the wedges out onto a baking tray and scatter with Springs of Rosemary. Season to taste with pepper with crushed sea salt.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 - 30 mins or until baked with a nice golden crisp skin and soft fluffy potato. Leave a little longer if you prefer your wedges a little more baked.
